BzzAgent Campaign: Neutrogena Nourishing Long Wear Makeup

I was super excited when I saw this BzzAgent campaign pop up in my inbox. Typically with BzzAgent I tend to get more food and household BzzCampaigns … so whenever I get a beauty product campaign, I jump for joy. Okay, so maybe not literally … but it IS exciting!

Around the time I was sent the invitation I had seen the Neutrogena Nourishing Long Wear Makeup displays popping up in my local pharmacies. Walgreen’s and CVS more specifically as those are the 2 pharmacies I tend to frequent the most. I truthfully didn’t give the display much attention since I have yet to use any Neutrogena foundation and they are one of the higher priced drug store foundations.

Initially finding swatches of the shades online was troublesome. So after going to a number of websites I went out on a whim and decided to go with the fresh beige shade. I had my fingers crossed that the shade would be correct because for anyone whose ever tried to order foundation online you know the struggle is real. Some companies have a really bad habit of showing product color squares which are SO far off from what the true color is that it’s like batting into the dark.  So far the color seems to be a pretty good match for my skin; at first it looks a tad light until it’s worked in.

I will be giving this a trial run and will be sharing my thoughts as I use it a little more.

BzzAgent Review: Lysol Touch of Foam

When I was invited to take part of the BzzAgent Lysol Touch of Foam BzzCampaign I have to say I was QUITE excited!

I happen to be obsessed with washing my hands.  It was something my mother grilled into me from an early age.  It's not truly an “obsession”, but if my hands feel dirty or if I've been touching things that aren't that clean (like in a dusty store, etc.) I feel "itchy" and have to wash my hands.  Because of this, my hands have gotten quite beaten up over the last year.  I work with a lot of paper at work and that mixed with the constant washing of my hands and the colder environment has truly wrecked my hands.  I have been looking for a soap that would not tear my hands apart or just further accentuate the roughness of my hands and I'm pretty sure I found my new holy grail.

From the first time I used this soap I have been hooked.  I’ve been looking for a soap that would not dry out my skin and this one does not do that.  It actually hydrates and leaves my skin feeling moisturized and as if I’ve just applied layers of lotion.  It also leaves a very gorgeous scent on my skin which lingers for a while.  It’s very soft and subtle, so it’s definitely not something that someone would smell on you from across the room.  It just makes me feel clean and fresh.  It definitely tones down the roughness on my hands, particularly where my skin is “cracking” due to my skin being beat up so much.  Completely fabulous!

I can’t rave about this hand soap any more … I need to stock up when it goes on sale.

Review: Garnier Fructis Triple Nutrition Miracle Dry Oil for Hair, Body & Face

I received this bottle of Garnier Fructis Triple Nutrition Miracle Dry Oil for Hair, Body & Face for reviewing purposes.  I admit from the moment I received my campaign invitation I was duly excited!  Oils are so good for your skin and hair and to have a product that can be used in multiple fashions? Score!  Upon receipt I decided to play it safe and use it first on my body before I ventured into my face OR my hair.  After trying it, I have to say I am VERY glad I went that route before trying this anywhere other than my arms and hands.

PACKAGING & PRICE
The product is packaged in a yellow and green plastic squirt bottle which contains 5 fl oz of product.  The bottle is very sleek and slim which provides easy storing capabilities.  The squirt bottle seems to hold up well, even when dispensing the oil – I have not had any problems with the oil leaking or dribbling out of the bottle after dispensing.  The price ranges store to store but can be found anywhere between $4.79-5.99.

PRODUCT
The product is a clear – or it may have a tinge of yellowness to it (it’s hard to tell due to packaging).  It has a slight citrus scent to it, but it’s very mellow and not even relatively overpowering.  According to the bottle it has 3 nutritive fruit oils: olive, avocado and shea.  It is geared towards being a multi-use oil for hair, body and face which is rapidly absorbing to treat dryness for healthy looking hair and skin.

While I feel it was rapidly absorbing (meaning it doesn’t take long for it to “absorb” into the skin – you are left with an oily substance on your skin (and possibly even in your hair).  Because of this I would suggest, if you are looking for a multi-use oil, use this product at night and gingerly wash it off your skin and out of your hair the next morning.  Otherwise you may look like a greasy, shiny mess if you go out with it on.

PURCHASING
The Garnier Fructis Triple Nutrition can be purchased at almost all major retailers that sell Garnier items: CVS, Walgreens, Target, and Wal-Mart.  It can also be found on websites such as Drugstore.com, CVS.com, Walgreens.com, Walmart.com, etc.

OVERALL
Due to the natural oily residue I found this left on my skin I would not recommend this to anyone (who like myself) does not like a greasy/oily residue on their skin after applying a product.  I tend to go for oils and lotions which do the job without me feeling like I have to wipe my hand/skin down on a towel to rid myself of the “slimy” feeling.

The product does absorb quickly into the skin, but I left this almost, silicone like texture to my skin after smoothing it into my skin.  It was a little odd.  I am big on textures, etc., so it was just uncomfortable feeling for me so I would not recommend this.

REVIEW: Suave Professionals Moroccan Infusion Styling Oil

I received a bottle of Suave Professionals Moroccan Infusion Styling Oil from BzzAgent for reviewing purposes.  I have to say because I have oily hair I was a little concerned with how this would pan out in the end.  I have never used oils in my hair but I was pleasantly surprised.

PACKAGING & PRICE
The product is packaged in a plastic 3 fl. oz bottle.  The bottle has a little pump head, which is pretty amazing for an oil.  It doesn’t leak, it doesn’t drip, and it gives you the exact pump quantity of product into your hand.  It also has a cap on the top which keeps the product from squirting all over the place when storing.  Price wise it varies store to store, but you can pick it up anywhere between $5.98 to $7.09.

PRODUCT
The best thing about this product is the styling oil is a little thicker so it doesn’t dribble all over your hand once pumped. It doesn’t have a very strong smell, definitely not something you can smell on your hair once applied.  It has a faint smell in the bottle   I’m not the greatest with scents, so I’m having a hard time explaining what it smells – but it’s definitely nothing offensive and it’s so light, and you only apply 2-3 pumps of the oil in your hair at a time so it’s not something that’s going to linger/overpower.

This does NOT make my hair oily, which I strongly appreciate.  I have rather healthy hair (I don’t color my hair, don’t blow dry it, don’t curl it, etc.) which is naturally shiny on its own, but I find this gives it a little extra of a healthy shine to it.  It is a multi-use product and can be used in the hair a few different ways: before shampooing as a shine treatment, after showering for styling or on dry hair as a finisher.

If you are going to use it as a shine treatment, it’s recommended that you apply 2-3 pumps of product into 3 sectioned off areas of dry hair.  You should leave it in for 5-7 minutes and then shampoo it out.  I have not tried this recommendation as my hair is typically shiny enough so I go for the after the shower for styling.  With that you apply 2-3 pumps into damp hair from mid-shaft of your hair down.  Once it’s evenly distributed you style your hair as you wish.  The part I love is I can let my hair air dry with this and it doesn’t get all over my clothes etc. because it absorbs rather instantaneously.  The last way you can use it is to apply to dry hair where you apply 1-2 pumps and massage into the dry areas of your hair, avoiding your roots.

I find after use my hair is so much softer and it tends to style a lot easier once dry.  I typically pull my hair up into a bun and I’m finding when I do that after using this product my hair tends to spiral curl (which I LOVE).  Overall, two thumbs up!

PURCHASING
This can be purchased at Walmart, Target, Walgreens, CVS, Amazon.com, Soap.com, and Drugstore.com.  As always check your stores availability because all pharmacy/retail locations carry different products geared towards their different audiences.

BzzCampaign: Suave Professionals Moroccan Infusion Styling Oil

About a month ago I was invited to partake in a BzzAgent BzzCampaign for Suave Professionals Moroccan Infusion Styling Oil.  I opted into the campaign and waited for my package.  According to the website the box was scheduled to be sent toward the end of December -- which I thought was a little odd since the time ticker for the campaign kept ticking away.  By the time I received the package I had 10 days left for review.  Anyway!  I've been advised this is to be really quick review campaign.

This product is part of the new Suave Professionals Moroccan haircare line - which features shampoos, conditioners and a shine serum.  According to Suave the styling oil can be used 3 separate ways -- 1) before shampooing as a shine serum, 2) after showering for styling or 3) on dry hair as a finisher.  I have smelled the oil in the container and it doesn't have a distinct smell to it -- it smells rather odorless but once I start playing around with it I'll be able to tell so.

REVIEW: Covergirl Blast Flipstick

As a part of BzzAgent I was invited into the Covergirl Blast Flipstick BzzCampaign.  Upon receiving my BzzBox I was provided an information packet, 3 flipsticks and coupons to share with anyone and everyone.  I was quite surprised to see 3 tubes of lipstick in my package and I was even more surprised that all the shades I received would work very well with my skintone!  The three shades I’ll be reviewing are: Minx, Stunner and Vixen.

PACKAGING & PRICE
The product is packaged into double ended stick – which has a separate shade at each end.  Each tube contains .134 oz of product.  Suggested retail price is $8.49 but of course with store sales and coupons you can get them for a lot less.  They’re also less at stores such as Target ($7.99) and Walmart ($7.98).

PRODUCT
There are two lipstick shades available in each flipstick – one being a cream shade and the other a shimmer shade.  The lipstick shades can be worn individually or worn together and/or blended together to create a unique look (ombre anyone?) for any and all individuals.  Within the line there are 13 different flipsticks available with a number of different shade options.  In this case Minx is a mixture of deep brown and gold, Stunner is a mix of bright pink and gold and Vixen is a mixture of burgundy and a pearl pink shades.  From the swatches you can see the shimmer in one shade, while the cream shade in the other swatch.

PURCHASING
The Covergirl brand of Flipsticks can be purchased at all major pharmacy retailers (CVS, Walgreens, Rite Aid) while they can also be purchased at stores such as Target and Walmart.  They are also available for purchase online at Ulta (they may be available in store as well but I don’t shop at Ulta so I cannot confirm), Walgreens.com, CVS.com, and Drugstore.com.

OVERALL
I find these to be nice lipsticks, they are very smooth and easy to apply.  The color payoff is stellar as it only takes a swipe to get a true color saturation on your lips.  Of course it may take two or three swipes across the lip to fully fill the lip in – but overall it’s a great payoff.  If you choose to go that route, the shades are easily blendable and it certainly brings the intensity of the darker shade down a bit, while also bringing sheen to the lips.  It has a generic lipstick scent, but it’s not gross or plasticy.  They are certainly a nice product, but they can most certainly be daring depending on the color shades you choose to work with.  Even the darkest shade (Minx) can be toned down into a nice shimmery deep brown.

Received my BzzAgent CoverGirl Flipstick BzzCampaign!

I was invited to take part in the CoverGirl Flipstick BzzCampaign.  I was pretty excited to be invited into the campaign because I saw the campaign discussed on the BzzAgent Facebook page – but at the time I did not receive an invitation.  I did not connect the dots that the Flipstick lipsticks were the line that was currently out in stores that aided in creating an ombre lip.  That is until I was at CVS and I glanced through the CoverGirl section and spotted the line.

Last week I received my BzzAGent kit and was excited to see I received actual lipsticks instead and three separate shades at that!  Even more excited I was when I saw the shades were complimentary toward my skin tone.  I am a sucker for brown lipsticks since they compliment me so well  - all of which are gorgeous.

The three shades received were: Minx, Stunner and Vixen.

Along with the intro kit I received a stack of coupons (if anyone wants coupons let me know).  I also received a booklet discussing the product as we BzzAgents typically receive as an intro to any campaign.

Overall I am pretty excited to play around with these some more.

Review: Burt's Bees Intense Hydration (BzzCampaign)

I was selected to take part in the BzzAgent BzzCampaign for Burts Bee’s Intense Hydration line.  I was surprised when I received my box and found full-sized products for their cleanser, night cream and mask.  I was expecting perhaps a full-size cleanser and then deluxe sample sizes of anything else that might be provided.

My skin is normally oily, but when I am being strict on my face cleansing routine to combat my acne, I tend to get dry in certain areas if not my whole face.  Adding an astringent (acne toner) on top of it can just make my face SO much more drying to the point it’s annoying.  I don’t always use a strong astringent on my face I typically reach for my tea tree toner – but some days the heavy duty stuff is “necessary”.  Out of all this, I will say using the hydration cream cleanser has certainly brought the moisture back to my face effortlessly and has made a noticeable difference.

PACKAGING & PRICE
The products are packaged in typical sleek and/or rather “plain” packaging which is the signature Burts Bees look for their face care lines.  The Intense Hydration cream cleanser comes in a 6 ounce bottle (retails for $9.99), the intense hydration mask is in a 4 ounce bottle (retails for $17.99) and the Intense Hydration Night Cream is in a 1.8 ounce container (retails for $17.99).  The cleanser and mask are in flip-top squeeze bottles, while the night cream is in a screw top container.

PRODUCT
The product is geared towards hydration and hydrating it does.  The one thing I do want to mention is that for me, it has a borderline strong lemony scent to it.  It’s the first note that hits me and lingers.  Now I love lemon in food, but the scent is rather boisterous.  It’s not overwhelming to the point I can’t use it, but it definitely hits me every single time I use it.

According to Burt’s Bees (taken from the Burt’s Bees website):   Clary Sage, a remarkable botanical that thrives in its harsh environment because of its ability to retain moisture, is the inspiration behind Burt’s Bees Intense Hydration, our natural ode to soft, supple, revitalized skin and our best natural anti-aging solution. Our cream cleanser leaves your skin incredibly soft while our day lotion, eye cream and night cream help reduce the appearance of lines and wrinkles. Add the treatment mask for an immediate dose of hydration to give your skin a revitalized look.

PURCHASING
The line is available for purchase at major retailers such as Target and Walgreens.  It may be available at CVS, Rite Aid and Walmart but I personally have not looked for these items at those stores so I can’t say for sure. I do know the line is available on the Target and Walgreens website as it is also available on Drugstore.com

OVERALL
I would recommend this for anyone who has dry skin or has occasional dryness.  It certainly aids in moisturizing and bringing moisture back to the skin.  If you don’t have dryness or occasional dryness, I can’t say I’d recommend this for use.  The line has helped bring moisture to my skin after my sometime harsh acne treatments and it does prep my face for my after shower/face washing routine.  The scent is rather noticeable, but it’s not overwhelmingly unpleasant – but if you don’t enjoy lemony fragrances, then you may not like this one since even while it’s on your skin you can smell it.

BzzAgent : Received my Burts Bees Intense Hydration Kit

I admit this is a super late and belated post.  I received this box a few weeks ago and just haven’t gotten around to posting about my receiving it.  I received an e-mail from BzzAgent advising that I qualified to participate in this Burts Bees Intense Hydration BzzCampaign.  Quite excitedly I opted in because I have heard so many great things about the Burts Bees brand – and I haven’t tried any of their products outside of their chapstick.  Anyways!

The Burts Bees intense hydration line consists of a full line (day lotion, night cream, treatment mask, cream cleanser, and eye cream) designed to aid in trapping and retaining moisture in the skin.  The following is from the Burts Bees website about this particular line: “Clary Sage, a remarkable botanical that thrives in its harsh environment because of its ability to retain moisture, is the inspiration behind Burt’s Bees Intense Hydration, our natural ode to soft, supple, revitalized skin and our best natural anti-aging solution. Our cream cleanser leaves your skin incredibly soft while our day lotion, eye cream and night cream help reduce the appearance of lines and wrinkles. Add the treatment mask for an immediate dose of hydration to give your skin a revitalized look.”

I was quite surprised to see three full-size products and a boatload of samples (night and day creams).  BzzAgent certainly hooked us folks up who were involved in this campaign.  Here’s what I received in my box:

-          Intense Hydration – Cream Cleanser
-          Intense Hydration – Treatment Mask
-          Intense Hydration – Night Cream
-          Intense Hydration – Day Lotion (samples)
-          Intense Hydration – Night Cream (samples)

Glade Expressions Collection – thanks BzzAgent!

Has an unpleasant scent to it – not a cucumber scent but more of a harsh alcohol scent.  Product burns on skin just slightly, particularly around nose area.  Very sticky, had to really scrub hands to get liquidy product off.  Product is green in the package, but when applied to my skin it appears clear.  As it dries, skin starts to feel tight.  Skin feels fabulous afterwards!

I got all of these Glade products for essentially free all thanks to BzzAgent.  I ended up not realizing the free coupons were on the other side of the coupon package I received from BzzAgent, so I went to the store and combined the coupon with a $1 off Glade from Targets website and paid 99 cents for a diffuser and a starter kit.  After BzzAgent advised that the free coupons were on the other side of the packet (duh, I’m so ditzy sometimes!) I went back to the store to get my freebies since I loved what I tried so far.  I essentially got everything else for free because for some reason the free coupons went in as the maximum value ($7.49 and $4.99) instead of the $2.99 and $5.99 the products would have cost.  I didn’t realize it until I left the store and went home (I purchased a slew of other items so it wasn’t noticeable at first).

The Glade Expressions Collection is probably the best collection Glade has come out with, especially with the fragrance mists.  I feel like the mists are so long lasting and I can honestly smell the fragrance in the air when I leave and then return to a room.

The oil diffuser comes with a very contemporary decorative sleeve.  The oil diffuser actually drops down into the middle of the device and allows for a nice sleek holster for your fragrance.  The fragrances come in three scents all of which are very fruity yet homey.

The fragrance mists come in four scents and I happen to really enjoy the mists over the diffusers simply because I feel Glade stepped it up with their mists and made them long lasting.  I would say these smell as good or even better than the mist sprays by Febreeze.  Hands down the BEST scent in the line is the Cotton & Italian Mandarin.  And now that I feel as though I’ve been blabbing about how amazing this scent is – that’s one of the reasons I’ve been having the hardest time finding it anywhere.  Seriously, Glade, if you make this into a perfume, I’ll buy a case.  I’m crazy about clean scents – I love cotton smelling room sprays/candles/etc and this is one of the best I’ve smelled.

Now if you haven’t tried these, I would strongly recommend them.

REVIEW: BIC Soleil Savvy

I received this razor from BzzAgent as part of their BIC Soleil Savvy razor BzzCampaign. I admit I was excited to be part of this campaign because I love trying out new razors especially if I can try them out for free. I have sensitive skin when it comes to shaving there are some razors I just straight don’t use anymore because they irritate my skin so much. I had high hopes for this particular brand of razors because I absolutely LOVE the BIC Soleil Bella’s – I’ve had a lot of good luck with that particular razor – both in the shave and in the longevity of the razor blades themselves.

Now fast forward to the BIC Soleil Savvy that I received. BIC actually stepped up their game with this design making the razor heads interchangeable. Meaning once the blade goes dull, you can simply click the holder, release the blade, throw it away and add on the new replacement blade. I do think this is a cool feature because it’s less waste (i.e., you are not throwing away the entire razor when the blade is dulled). BUT I do not like that this does not really mold to your skin as you shave. It just kind of stays put and you have to really manipulate your hand to get a close and decent shave.

Oddities aside I can say hands down I do not like this razor. As I mentioned I have sensitive skin and I can say SUPER sensitive skin under my arms. I used this to quickly shave my legs and it was fine – I can really use almost any razor on my legs and have an okay result (razor burn aside), but with my under arms? I really need to find a razor that works and stick with it. I tried this under my arms and it just flat out HURT. It was pulling the hair, didn’t give me a clean close shave, and it left me rather patchy with stubble. I’m not saying everyone would have these results – but my under arms hurt afterwards to the point I had to wait almost two days before I could finish up my under arms because applying deodorant even stung. Yeah – sensitive for sure.

REVIEW: Frizz-Ease Sheer Solution

I received a bottle of John Frieda Frizz-Ease Sheer Solution from BzzAgent as part of their BzzCampaign for reviewing purposes. I admit I was pretty psyched for this campaign because I have seen Frizz-Ease sold in stores FOREVER but had never given it a try.  Truth be told, I don’t like to spend a decent amount of money on hair products, particularly when my hair is quite a pain and doesn’t like a whole lot of product.

I admit I used to believe this product was to be used in only people who had curly hair.  My godmother’s daughter always used this and she had super curly hair so I felt the two just went hand-in-hand.  Plus when I did notice it on the shelf it was at least $10+ for a bottle and because I don’t really like throwing my money away on a product that may just not work for me, I never felt compelled to purchase.  Although now after using this product, I wonder what I waited so long for because this stuff is amazing!

I took the bottle with me on vacation a few weeks back – to the beach out of all places.  My hair tends to be rather straight and as the day progresses it can start to look a bit oily.  I do typically have flyaway’s as I don’t use product in my hair outside of an occasional pump of volumizing mousse or split end treatment.  Although in beach weather my hair takes on a new life of its own.  It’s just all around crazy, especially after sitting on the beach for a while – between the salty air, the moisture in the air, the heat, etc., my hair goes from normal to crazy.  As you can see from one of the photographs my hair was completely off the charts crazy with volume – volume I don’t typically have.  It was frizzy and just screamed helmet hair.  After washing my hair, towel drying and then applying 10 drops of frizz-ease solution into my hand (after shaking) I rubbed my hands together and smoothed into my hair.  The results were fabulous!  I was able to go out the rest of the night while on the beach and walking around and my hair was perfect.  Not a fly away in sight, no unruly frizz, no ridiculous beach weather infused volume.

This is very lightweight on my hair, which is a great thing.  If it wasn’t my hair would look weighed down, stringy and oily.  It did not cause any buildup on my hair which I loved because even certain brands of shampoo (not Pantene) leave this thick coating on my hair which can be visible by the naked eye especially when it stays on my scalp.  I will be purchasing once I use up the contents of my bottle – so thanks BzzAgent for turning me onto a fabulous hidden jewel.

Received by BzzAgent BIC Soleil Savvy Campaign

Earlier in the week I received my BzzCampaign from BzzAgent which featured the BIC Soleil Savvy razor.  I was really excited to be picked to take part in this campaign because in the past I have had really great experiences with the BIC Soleil line.  The first Soleil line razor I used a at least a year or two ago and it's actually discontinued now but I LOVED it.  It gave me an amazing shave and since then I had been purchasing the 4-5 pack disposable BIC Soleil line.  Due to it being discontinued I started purchasing the BIC Soleil Bella line, which I enjoy and do use from time to time (that being because right now I am obsessed with the Venus Olay razors).  The line I had been purchasing was a regular disposable and did not have the option to replace the cartridge, so with the Soleil Savvy I am really looking forward to seeing how that works and what it does for my legs.  I tend to be very picky with disposable and replaceable cartridge razors because if the head bends as you shave, sometimes I find it does not give me a close enough shave.  I'll be taking these into the shower with me and testing them out over the next couple weeks and I'll be sharing my review of them at that time.

DISCLAIMER: I received this product free in part of a BzzAgent campaign. Just because this product was free does and will not alter my thoughts and opinions as those are my own.

REVIEW: Dr. Scholl’s For Her High Heel Insoles

I received a pack of Dr. Scholl’s For Her High Heel Insoles from BzzAgent to try out and review.  I admit when I received them and saw that others were receiving the sneaker insoles I was a bit jealous.  Let me justify this/follow this up by saying – I am NOT a frequent heel wearer.  I fractured my ankle when I was younger and my ankle has never been the same since.  I tend to be very off balanced (more so than in normal everyday life) in heels and I find after a while it just hurts to walk.  I am relatively “flat footed” – meaning when I stand there is no real visible arch to my foot and my feet are overall wide where inserts, etc., typically do not justify against the width of my foot.

Now my feet pain relate to two separate medical issues.  I have bone spurs in the bottoms of each of my feet – while I also have plantar fasciitis.  My bone spurs are primarily along the pad of my feet (the main pad behind the toes) and there are a few down the main large bone in the foot.  So the pains I experience in my feet tend to typically be at that pad, making my feet very sore and uncomfortable.  I can’t say that I experience pain at the ball of my feet.

These particular insoles target and aid in the specific functions:
-          Ultra soft arch shifts pressure of your ball of foot
-          FabuSTEP gel provides added cushioning
-          Guaranteed All Day Comfort
-          Practically invisible, even in strappy heels
-          Slim design won’t make shoes feel tight
-          Unique adhesive keeps insoles in place
-          Removable without damage to shoes
-          Fits comfortably in all open-style shoes: sandals, slides, slingbacks and strappy dress shoes

The verdict from my perspective?  These are just not the inserts for me.  Due to my underlining numerous foot issues these just don’t cut it.  The arch in these is too high cut to be comfortable for me.  It actually builds up pressure on the instep part of my foot, after a while becoming truly bothersome.  My foot molds around the insert sitting over it awkwardly making it not so comfortable to wear after a while.  These might not fit so uncomfortably in a pair of strappy shoes, which allow extra room, but within my closed in heeled sandals, etc., it just does not do the trick.

I know a lot of people really like these, but they just are not the product for me especially due to my underlying issues with my feet.

DISCLAIMER: I received this product free for reviewing purposes from BzzAgent.  Just because this product was free does not alter my opinion on the product, as my thoughts and opinions are my own.

Received my BzzAgent Dr. Scholl's For Her High Heel Campaign!

I actually received this probably two weeks ago, but I just plugged my camera in and saw these photos on there and decided I ought to get around to posting it!

Being a BzzAgent I get invited into various campaigns that match 1) my tastes (which are found based on answers to surveys) and 2) my demographic (age, sex, location, etc).  I was invited into this Dr Scholl's campaign and was looking forward to it.  I don't wear heels often, but when I do my feet tend to bother me terribly.  I have plantar fasciitis AND bone spurs so the two together can be quite a pain in the behind.  My feet tend to start to hurt and if the bone spurs are aggravated enough walking is quite painful for a few days.  I have this one pair of heels that I can't even take a STEP in without wanting to just throw myself on the floor and wave a white flag (the angle of the show just aggravates my bone spurs to the extent it's just excruciating).  Those might be a good pair of shoes to test these in...
